Terms of Service
Last updated: September 14, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Log, a private hosting control plane operated by Zupral LLC (“Zupral,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and available at log.zupral.com (the “Service”). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Log is an internal operations tool that lets authorized users provision, deploy, monitor, back up, and retire the websites and applications Zupral runs, along with their databases and DNS records. It is provided for legitimate business use by authorized Zupral personnel and is not intended for the general public. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Eligibility and accounts
Access to Log is restricted to authorized users who sign in with approved credentials or an approved Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it, including any API tokens issued to you. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate access we believe is unauthorized or in violation of these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
- Deploy or host unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, to the infrastructure it manages, or to any site or database it reaches;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or of any site it hosts;
- Reverse engineer or misuse the Service or any data made available through it.
Because a single action in Log can take a live website offline or destroy a database, you agree to use production-affecting operations only within the scope of your authorization.
5. Content and data
Zupral and its clients retain ownership of the sites, databases, and content managed through the Service. You are responsible for the changes you make and for maintaining backups adequate to your needs. Log records who performed each operation, and those records are part of the Service’s audit trail.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, and its design are owned by Zupral and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you no rights in them beyond the use permitted here.
7. Third-party services
Log depends on third-party providers, including Google Cloud for compute, storage, and databases, Google for optional sign-in, Cloudflare for DNS, and a transactional email provider for notifications. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zupral will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility. Our total cumulative liability relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Zupral harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including when your authorization ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will continue to apply.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the date above, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept it.
